Our client operates an antinomy and gold roasting facility. The project has been designed to produce antinomy metal for export. They require a Commercial and Contracts Administrator with an operations, legal and contracts background.
Requirements for the role:
The Commercial and Contracts Administrator will need to have knowledge of international laws, codes and regulations related to governmental procurement; experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements. Experience with principles, methods, procedures and practices of public procurement to include RFP administration. Knowledge of general accounting principles. Strong English, legal English competency required.
The Commercial and Contracts Administrator position is an initial 2 year residential contract in Oman and offers a competitive tax free salary along with additional benefits. The position can be either married or single status.
