A team of specialists, including a Project Manager,
will visit the mine for a week to ten days and complete a thorough
audit of the mine procedures. This survey will be completed under
the auspices of one of the top consulting groups. A comprehensive
person's report will be drawn up highlighting the main areas of
weakness. A list of recommendations, with alternatives where
possible, will be included, indicating the probable impact such
improvements or modifications would

replacement schedules/waste. |

aspects from personnel safety to an appraisal of the systems and
procedures currently in place to counter theft. |
