corporation. Hunter Personnel will liaise with you and if possible
visit your premises to ascertain your company's profile and culture,
together with the expectations and needs of the position, person
specification and benefits package. A proposal confirming the
recruiting timetable, reporting and communication process will be
prepared. |

The Process Will Be Carried Out
As Follows: |

• Selected candidates will
be interviewed by Hunter Personnel. |
|
• The client will be
informed of the candidates being selected for
introduction. |
|
• The selected curriculum
vitaes and interview notes will be submitted to the
client. |
|
• The interviews will be
arranged between the candidates and candidates will be informed in
writing, confirmation will be given to the client of the timetable
of the interviews. A job specification and company literature will
be provided to the candidates. |
|
• References will be taken
up on preferred candidates. |
|
• Hunter Personnel will
review and if necessary mediate between both parties in preparation
of the offer to the candidate. |
|
• The acceptance offer
will be forwarded to the candidate with confirmation of the start
date. |
|
• The final invoice will
be raised to the client. (Please note the invoice will be raised in
three stages: one third on retention, one third on presentation of
the shortlist and one third on appointment). |
