Gold Mining Company in the Middle East requires an experienced Team Leader to manage the Affiliate Business Category Procurement. The role will involve the creation and implementation of breakthrough category strategies to deliver tangible savings to the business and effective liaison with the Affiliate and Corporate Procurement departments to ensure the management of suppliers and utilisation of corporate standards.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and/or MBA, plus be a Professional Member of a recognised Procurement/Purchasing Institute. Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 12 years in procurement of which 5 would have been in strategic sourcing. Competitive salary and conditions offered.
