International Mining Company requires an experienced Manager to run its Iron Ore Mineral Processing sector. The role will involve implementing operational excellence across all iron ore processing plants, leading the process plant team to achieve operational performance indicators by establishing and adhering to best practice and ensuring health, safety, quality and environmental standards are fulfilled, providing technical and operational input in order to maximise efficiency of iron ore processing plants in line with the latest beneficiation technology, providing guidance and suggesting improvements for the Mine Concentration systems including concentration, material handling, production, costs and capex, and analysing flowsheets, identifying process bottlenecks and developing timely solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a Mineral Processing Engineer or Metallurgist with at least 15 years experience in the mining industry in both technical and operational levels. Good knowledge of iron ore processing required. Based in London with international travel, candidates must be eligible to work in the EU. Competitive salary plus benefits offered.
