Principal Mining Engineer for the Russian office of an International Consultancy Group, to take a leading role in consulting, project management and mentoring in the Moscow office. Projects include reviews and technical studies of a wide range of commodities including gold, copper, diamonds, uranium, coal and nickel and experience with underground operations and different mining methods would be an asset. This role would suit someone with broad experience who wishes to be involved in a variety of interesting projects. Requirements for this position are consulting experience, project management or long term planning. A knowledge of “former Soviet Union” methods is an advantage.
The successful candidate will have strong English language communication skills – knowledge of the Russian language desirable, but not essential. Competitive salary package comprising base salary, bonus package, share ownership and accommodation allowances.
