Hunter Personnel's sophisticated database, which is updated daily, has been customised to suit client requirements, allowing candidates from site to board level with a specific skill or combination of skills to be identified quickly. These skills can be isolated on a global, country or local scale. This has proved invaluable to clients who require cultural and/or language requirements in addition to key skills.
The Search And Selection Procedure Is Carried Out As Follows:
Candidates CVs will be selected and screened from our database or selected advertising and forwarded to the client for approval.
An interview programme will be arranged and Hunter Personnel will contact the candidates concerned and make the interview arrangements.
If required, we will arrange hotels, flights and interview facilities. Hunter Personnel has in-house conference rooms, or can organise a room at a venue suitable for the client and candidates.
References will be taken up on the successful candidate if required.
