Our client requires a Contracts/Estimating Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering to be based in Saudi Arabia. You will manage tender and bid submission, prepare technical specifications, negotiate contracts and apply all legal and safety compliance. You will need a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in the construction and maintenance of large Industrial/Petrochemical plants.
