Terms And Conditions |
Personnel can be supplied on a Permanent, Contract
or Temporary (Agency) basis with Terms and Conditions tailored to
suit Client requirements. |

Permanent |
The Appointee is employed directly by the client in
a permanent staff position for which an Introductory Fee is charged,
based on an agreed fixed percentage of the Appointee’s first year’s
remuneration. This becomes payable when the Appointee commences
work. |

|
|
The Appointee is employed directly by the client,
but for a fixed, or contract period. The Introductory Fee is a fixed
percentage of the first year’s remuneration, or an agreed lump sum
if the contract period is less than one year. This becomes payable
when the Appointee commences work. |

Temporary or Agency
Placements |
The Appointee is employed directly by Hunter
Personnel on a temporary basis and seconded to the client for the
period of the assignment. The client will be charged on an hourly,
daily or weekly rate on a cost plus basis. The benefits of this
arrangement are: |
• No administration costs,
(i.e PAYE, Employers National Insurance Contribution and Statutory
Holiday Pay where applicable). |
• Ideal for short term
contracts, or contracts with uncertain duration. |
